Please read these terms carefully before booking with JetVibeTravels
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings made through JetVibeTravels are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment or confirmation from our end. Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Charges:
- More than 48 hours before trip: 100% refund (less transaction fees if any)
- 24–48 hours before trip: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before trip: No refund
- No-show or cancellation after driver dispatch: Entire amount forfeited
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Driver & Vehicle Terms
- All our drivers are verified, licensed professionals with valid commercial driving permits.
- For outstation trips, fuel is included in the quoted price. Toll, parking, interstate taxes, and driver allowance (₹300–500 per night) are extra unless specified.
- Standard rental includes 8 hours / 80 km per day for local packages. Extra km charges apply as per vehicle type.
- Child seats available on request (additional charges may apply).
- All vehicles are fully insured as per Indian motor vehicle regulations. However, damage due to customer negligence (e.g., driving without valid license, drunk driving) will be borne by the customer.
4. One-Way Taxi Special Terms
For one-way drop services (outstation), the driver will return to the base city after dropping you. The quoted one-way price does NOT include the driver's return expenses — those are covered by us. However, if you need the driver to wait at the destination, additional waiting charges apply.
5. Payment & Invoices
We accept Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers. An e-invoice will be sent to your registered email after payment. GST (if applicable) will be mentioned separately on the invoice.
Any hidden charges or extra services (like night driving, luggage beyond capacity, etc.) must be paid directly to the driver or can be added to final bill.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customer must carry a valid government ID and driving license (if self-driving).
- Reporting time: Please be ready at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before scheduled pickup.
- Any damage to the vehicle interior or exterior caused by the customer will be charged at actual repair cost.
- Smoking, alcohol, or any illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are allowed only with prior notice (additional cleaning charges may apply).
7. Limitation of Liability
JetVibeTravels acts as a facilitator and assumes no liability for delays caused by natural disasters, road conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen mechanical issues. In case of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternate vehicle at the earliest possible. No refunds will be provided for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific trip.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (name, phone, email, travel details) is collected only for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing without explicit consent. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws.

9. Force Majeure
JetVibeTravels shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts of God, war, riots, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government lockdowns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such events, we will offer rescheduling subject to availability, or credit note for future travel.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
In case of any complaint or grievance, please first reach out to our customer support. We will attempt to resolve amicably within 15 business days.
